Short and sweet. The second side is ten minutes long... Can't tell you too much about these guys - I presume the Fluegel part refers to the fluegelhorn - a more mellow-sounding form of the trumpet. Any knowledgeable persons out there - feel free to share your pearls of wisdom in the comments

I just discovered your blog today. I always wondered if the Fleugel Knights had an album. I own two of their 45's, and wanted to hear them in stereo. They were released in the U.S. on the MTA label, with the artist shown as KING RICHARD'S FLEUGEL KNIGHTS. Although they were not big hits, they did get airplay on "easy listening" stations. Two singles bubbled under the Billboard Hot 100 - MTA 120- Everybody Loves My Baby (#126, May 1967, 4 weeks) and
MTA 138 - Camelot (#107, Jan. 1968,2 wks). I also have an MTA 45 of "One of those Songs". It is so good to finally hear them in stereo. King Richard's name was Dick Behrks.
