Hey there, just came across your site. It looks fantastic, you've got lots of interesting stuff up. I just started my own blog called Funky Frolic. Would you consider putting up a link to my site? You can find me at http://funkyfrolic.blogspot.com/ Cheers, Craig.
Side three is my favourite! I, like many people I suspect, kept falling for that double groove trick of the Pythons and wondering why it sounded different every time I played it.
Many, many thanks for your efforts on rescuing all these forgotten diamonds. You saved me the pain of digitizing quite a few vinyls of my childhood (and in worst conditions than yours). BTW, would you comment the tools you use for restoration?. Common utilities for hiss removal create strange audible artifacts as well, yours are better. Thanks again Daniel Perez

Love this album - but the first one, BBC release is a bugger to track down

Hi Daniel;
I use a program called SoundForge to record the records, and a suite of audio restoration plugins created by Sonic Foundry to do the noise removal.
As I'm on vacation and away from my computer, I can't tell you any more at the moment, but will give you some details when I get home.
